Muggsy is the more well liked but B-Diddy represented what the future was going to be. Before they left for New Orleans I remember getting hyped (with the rest of Charlotte) that we had a chance to climb our way to the NBA finals. It was the post Jordan Apocalypse after all where the solely Vince Carter Toronto Raptors had a chance. We had a solid team, and had George Shinn not been the owner, we might have a NBA World Championship banner in Charlotte.
Charles you are so right. I will never forget when I was in 9th grade getting ready for football practice sitting in my dad’s car and I found out we drafted Baron Davis from UCLA. I can’t tell you were I was when any of the B**cats players were drafted!
